Welcome to Par Four Golf. By accessing our website, making a reservation, or using our indoor golf simulators, practice areas, or related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our Services. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and Par Four Golf ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Reservations and Payments

  • Reservations for simulator bays must be made in advance via our website, phone, or in person and are subject to availability. Walk-ins are accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Minimum rental time is 1 hour, with tee times starting promptly at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will not receive extended time; bays may be released after 15 minutes for no-shows.
  • A valid credit card or payment method is required to book. Full payment is due at booking or upon arrival.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical issues or facility closures), in which case we will offer alternative arrangements or a full refund.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 3 hours before the reserved time are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations or modifications after this window may incur a fee (e.g., 50% of the booking amount) or be non-refundable, at our discretion. No-shows are non-refundable.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within [7-10] business days.

3. Code of Conduct and Facility Use

  • All users must be at least 18 years old to book independently; minors under 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
  • Proper attire is required: Closed-toe, non-marking shoes (no cleats, spikes, or heels). Only one person in the hitting bay at a time; keep a safe distance from swings.
  • Practice swings must stay within the bay; all shots directed toward the screen. Be aware of surroundings to avoid injury.
  • No food or drinks in hitting bays. Keep consumption areas clean.
  • Respectful behavior is mandatory: No abusive, disruptive, or intoxicated conduct. Smoking, vaping, illegal substances, or outside alcohol are prohibited.
  • Violations may result in immediate removal without refund, and we reserve the right to ban repeat offenders.
  • The facility is under video surveillance for safety and security.

4. Equipment

  • You may bring your own clean clubs (wash club faces before use) or rent ours on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Use only provided balls and tees; return them after your session (replacement fees apply for lost items).
  • You are responsible for any damage to simulators, equipment, or property caused by misuse or negligence. Repair costs will be charged to you.

5. Liability and Waiver

  • Use of our Services involves inherent risks, including injury from swings, equipment malfunction, slips, or interactions with others. You assume all such risks.
  • Before using the facility, all participants (including spectators) must complete and sign our Liability Waiver and Release form (see attached template below). By booking, you confirm that you and your party have read, understood, and agreed to the Waiver.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the Services, except in cases of our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
  • You agree to indemnify us against claims from third parties arising from your actions.

6. Privacy

  • We collect personal information (e.g., name, contact details, payment info) for bookings and communications, in line with our Privacy Policy https://parfourgolf.com/policies/privacy-policy.
  • By using our Services, you consent to photography or video for promotional use (you may opt out by notifying staff).

7. Memberships (If Applicable)

  • Memberships are non-transferable and individual-only. Guests must be accompanied by the member.
  • Unused time does not roll over; cancel recurring payments at least [15 days] in advance.
  • Late arrivals forfeit time if others are waiting.

8. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance. Check our website regularly.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of California. Disputes will be resolved in California courts.
