Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made at least 3 hours before the reserved time are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations or modifications after this window may incur a fee (e.g., 50% of the booking amount) or be non-refundable, at our discretion. No-shows are non-refundable.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within [7-10] business days.
• Group bookings or memberships may have additional policies; see our membership terms for details.
